Sleek Arms Challenge - Feb. 2026


We are already one month down in 2026.  Hopefully you are keeping up with your goals for this year.  If you have fallen off, February is the perfect month to jump back into it!  I am leading a Sleek Arms Challenge in my exclusive wellness group this month.  In my group, you will find daily check-ins, healthy recipe inspo, and community support.  

How to join the challenge:

  1. Grab any YU supplements using my code KALEE15.  I highly suggest the Probiotics and Trim (or Control) to start! You can grab these supplements HERE!  Also, I have more information on my entire supplement routine in THIS BLOG

  2. Commit to doing the posted arm workout every day.  Be sure to comment on the check-in post when you do the workout each day! 

  3. Read THIS BLOG on the importance of walking daily.  While this month is not a walking challenge exactly, I highly encourage you to walk 30+ minutes a day along with your arm workout! 

  4. Join the challenge group HERE. Be sure to answer all join questions to be approved into the group!
