Infrared saunas have really gained popularity over the past few years.  Obviously it is for a good reason. When we started building our new home in Utah, we knew right away that a sauna would be a must-have addition to our gym. I was sure I’d enjoy it and use it often, but honestly, it’s become an even bigger part of my routine than I expected!

April 17, 2025, was a scary day for our family. We are so thankful for God protecting my father.

In July 2023 I decided that I was tired of feeling tired, sluggish, and not able to fit into my clothes.  I was ready to make a change.  I decided to make a commitment to myself and not give up.  

Spring Break 2025 was so relaxing and refreshing! Our family went with Justin’s sister and her family to Destin, Florida. We rented a beautiful Air BNB house right on the beach.

We were keeping a secret! We are moving to Utah!! Excited for the new adventure for our family.
