March is here, and it’s time to level up your core strength with my exclusive Ab & Core Challenge! This month inside my private wellness Facebook group, we are committing to stronger abs, better posture, improved balance, and total-body power, all starting from your center. Whether you’re looking to tighten and tone or simply feel more confident and strong, this challenge is designed for every level. In this group, you will find daily check-ins, healthy recipe ideas, and community support.
How to join the challenge:

Commit to doing the posted ab/core workout every day. Be sure to comment on the check-in post when you do the workout each day!
Read THIS BLOG on the importance of walking daily. While this month is not a walking challenge, I always encourage you to walk 30+ minutes a day along with your ab/core workout!
