July 2026 Walking Challenge


This July our exclusive wellness group is taking on a walking challenge with a simple but meaningful goal: 10,000+ steps every day, including at least one intentional walk of 30 minutes or more. This challenge isn't just about reaching a number on a fitness tracker, it's about creating healthy habits, making time to move with purpose, and supporting one another along the way. Whether you're walking around your neighborhood, exploring a local trail, or fitting in a lunchtime stroll, every step is an investment in your physical and mental well-being.

How to join the challenge:

  2. Read THIS BLOG on the importance of walking daily. It is always helpful to know why we are doing something!  

  3. Join the challenge group HERE. Be sure to answer all join questions to be approved into the group!
