Walking Challenge - April 2026


I’m so excited to join you all in our April Walking Challenge just for our exclusive wellness group! This is our time to show up for ourselves, build momentum, and feel amazing in our bodies. Each day, we’ll be aiming for 10,000+ steps, with at least one intentional 30+ minute walk to reset, recharge, and clear our minds. Think of it as your daily “you time”. This is a chance to move with purpose, boost your energy, and stay connected with an incredible community that’s cheering you on every step of the way. Let’s make April strong, consistent, and empowering together! 💛

How to join the challenge:

  1. Grab any YU supplements using my code KALEE15.  I highly suggest the Probiotics and Trim (or Control) to start! You can grab these supplements HERE!  Also, I have more information on my entire supplement routine in THIS BLOG

  2. Read THIS BLOG on the importance of walking daily. It is always helpful to know why we are doing something!  

  3. Join the challenge group HERE. Be sure to answer all join questions to be approved into the group!
