Thigh Slimming Challenge - June 2026


June is here and we are kicking off a brand new challenge in my Trim & Fit exclusive group that I am SO excited about! This month’s focus is our 30-Day Thigh Slimming Challenge designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more consistent with your healthy habits heading into summer. This challenge is all about simple daily movement, targeted workouts, and creating consistent routines. Whether you are just getting started or looking for a fresh reset, this is such a fun way to stay motivated and accountable all month long.

Along with the daily thigh-focused workouts, I always encourage everyone to aim for 30+ minutes of walking each day. Walking is one of the easiest and most effective ways to support overall wellness, increase energy, and complement your fitness goals without overcomplicating things. I cannot wait to do this challenge together and cheer each other on all month long.

How to join the challenge:

  2. Read THIS BLOG on the importance of walking daily. It is always helpful to know why we are doing something!
