Water & Walking Challenge - May 2026


Join me this May for a simple but impactful Water & Walking Challenge focused on hydration and movement. The goal is to build consistent, healthy habits by aiming to drink ½ your body weight in ounces of water each day while reaching 10,000 steps daily. In addition to your regular activity, commit to one intentional walk of at least 30+ minutes each day. This would be time set aside to move your body with purpose. This challenge is designed to boost energy, improve overall well-being, and help you feel your best as we head into the warmer months. Stay consistent, listen to your body, and enjoy the process of taking care of yourself one step and one sip at a time.

How to join the challenge:

  2. Read THIS BLOG on the importance of walking daily. It is always helpful to know why we are doing something!  

  3. Join the challenge group HERE. Be sure to answer all join questions to be approved into the group!
