Ab Roller/Squat Challenge - January 2026


Wow—2026 is here! Happy New Year! 🎉
As we step into a brand-new year, have you thought about any health goals you’d like to focus on? This January, I’m hosting an Ab Roller and Squat Challenge inside my exclusive wellness group, and I’d love for you to join us. Throughout the month, I’ll be sharing daily check-ins, recipe ideas, and plenty of encouragement to keep you motivated. 

Here’s how to join the challenge: 

  1. Grab any YU supplements using my code KALEE15.  I highly suggest the Probiotics and Trim (or Control) to start! You can grab these supplements HERE!  Also, I have more information on my entire supplement routine in THIS BLOG

  2. Grab your Ab Roller HERE.  If you already have an Ab Roller from a previous challenge, then you are good to go! 

  3. Join the Challenge group HERE. Be sure to answer all join questions to be approved into the group!

Before we begin you will also need to pick a starting number of squats that works for you. I’ll be starting with 50 squats on day one and adding 5 - 10 more each week, but you can absolutely make it your own. Feel free to do the squats with weights or without! I can’t wait to do this challenge together this January. Let’s show up daily, support one another, and stick with it all month long!
